Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive international tax experience, including leadership within a multinational corporation.
• Strong expertise in international tax planning, transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, foreign tax credits, and global tax compliance.
• Experience with Pillar Two/BEPS reporting, international tax provisions, tax forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills with executive leadership and international finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax strategy, planning, and oversight across global operations, identifying tax optimization opportunities.
• Oversee international income tax matters, including transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, tax compliance, and Pillar Two/BEPS reporting.
• Partner with international finance teams and regional leadership to support tax forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Support U.S. tax functions and international tax accounting, including foreign tax credits, GILTI, Subpart F, tax provisions, and effective tax rate analysis.
