Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Prolonged computer work and sitting at a desk for long periods.
• Ability to work in a shared office environment with moderate noise levels.
• Occasional listing of items up to 10-15 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Verify data captured by OCR software from standard tax documents.
• Perform quality control on data and report issues to team leaders.
• Organize documents per tax software rules and requirements.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
