A Typical Day in the Life:

As a Verification Associate, you willverify data between tax software and standard tax documents and ensure quality control standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Verification of data captured by optical character recognition (OCR) software from standard tax documents.
• Perform quality control on data and communicate issues to team leaders.
• Organize documents per tax software rules and requirements.
• Ensure quality control standards.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent experience and/or training.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Prolonged periods of working on a computer and ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g. sitting at a desk).
• Ability to work in a shared office environment with moderate noise levels.
• Occasional listing of items up to 10-15 pounds (e.g., office supplies, files) with or without reasonable accommodation.
