This in-person program emphasizes mentorship from the Income Tax team while you develop advanced Excel and Power Query skills with real-world datasets. You will help improve onboarding and tax preparation processes and contribute your fresh perspective to the team's work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting; master's in tax preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel essential; MS Access or tax software advantageous.
• Team-oriented, responsive to feedback, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance by completing essential summer tax tasks.
• Support data analysis using Excel and Power Query with large datasets.
• Learn through mentorship from Income Tax team staff.
• Contribute to onboarding and tax process improvements with fresh perspective.
