Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Compliance Specialist to support affordable housing communities. You will manage Tax Credit, HAP, RAP and Section 8 files, oversee annual recertifications, and upload documents while providing training and responsive service to on-site staff.

With a focus on compliance and continuous improvement, you’ll stay current with HUD requirements and TRACS-Yardi integrations, contributing to accurate reporting and strong resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Tax Credit, HAP, RAP, and/or Section 8 compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management software.
• Understanding of TRACS integration with Yardi (HUD properties).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Documentation management for Tax Credit, HAP, RAP, and Section 8 files.
• Oversee annual recertification processes.
• Process and upload certification documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service for compliance inquiries.
• Train and support on-site staff on compliance procedures.
• Monitor and audit program files to correct issues.
• Ensure adherence to monitoring agency requirements.
• Stay current with compliance procedures and training.
