Seldin Company is seeking a Tax Credit Lease Up Senior Community Business Manager for Oakwood Trails in Spring, TX. The role oversees day-to-day operations, budget control, and staff development at a 203-unit tax credit community.

The senior manager will lead strategic initiatives, monitor financial performance, and ensure excellent resident services, while coordinating with regional teams and maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Seldin Company is seeking a Tax Credit Lease Up Senior Community Business Manager at the Oakwood Trailsapartment community in Louetta Spring, TX. This is a Tax Credit property with 203 units. This position will pay up to $70,000.00 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
