Seldin Company is seeking a Tax Credit Lease Up Senior Community Business Manager for Oakwood Trails in Spring, TX. The role oversees day-to-day operations, budget control, and staff development at a 203-unit tax credit community.

The senior manager will lead strategic initiatives, monitor financial performance, and ensure excellent resident services, while coordinating with regional teams and maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise property operations with accountability for performance.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience in property management and team development.
• Minimum two years of management and three to four years in property management.
