Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advises on complex tax issues affecting business operations, transactions, and strategic initiatives.
• Develops and documents technical tax analyses supporting planning strategies, reporting positions, audit defense, and regulatory compliance.
• Partners with business units and Finance leadership to structure initiatives in a tax-efficient and compliant manner.
• Identifies tax risk exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinates with outside advisors and manages external engagements.
• Mentors junior attorneys and contributes to knowledge development within the tax function.
