The role requires a CPA with 3+ years of senior tax experience in a CPA firm; bilingual English/Spanish abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum three (3) years experience as a senior tax accountant in a CPA firm.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and complete tax compliance engagements across industries.
• Plan staffing and allocate time for training and supervision.
• Ensure tax returns deadlines are met and terms fulfilled.
• Review complex federal and state returns for various entities.
• Mentor staff and foster professional development.
• Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
