A leading company is seeking a Tax Compliance & Financial Reporting Specialist to manage tax filings and financial reporting. The role is fully remote and focuses on process improvement and strategic tax planning, ideal for candidates with strong corporate tax experience.

Overview:This role focuses on managing tax compliance and financial reporting requirements while driving efficiencies through automation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and prepare federal, international, and state income tax filings, including consolidated tax returns and financial disclosures.
Develop and review tax models related to Earnings & Profit, foreign tax credits, and international tax regulations (GILTI, BEAT, FDII).
Provide tax guidance on global business initiatives across various regions, including supply chain, procurement, and sales operations.
Manage and assist with tax provision calculations, budget forecasting, and financial statement reporting.
Address IRS and state tax inquiries, audits, and compliance matters.
Maintain and assess tax positions to support strategic tax planning and collaboration across business units.
Drive internal tax awareness and engagement through cross-functional collaboration and business model optimization.
Support corporate tax strategy and planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA, J.D., or MST preferred.
Strong expertise in ASC 740 tax accounting.
6+ years of experience in corporate tax.
