Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: 150 credit hours and internship experience at a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with tax software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Assist with tax planning and research using authoritative sources.
• Analyze financial data and apply tax regulations to client scenarios.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to service clients.
• Participate in client meetings and strategic discussions.
• Leverage tax technology platforms and data analytics tools.
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and industry trends.
• Take increasing responsibility as proficiency grows.
