Job summary

Thinklance LLP in San Francisco, CA seeks an ambitious student to contribute to tax assignments across Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. You will assist in preparing and reviewing federal and state returns for various entity types and individuals, under supervision.

You will build tax compliance knowledge, support IRS audits and notices, and participate in client work from start to finish, while developing professional relationships across all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning multiple tax assignments across Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, and individuals.
• Develop tax compliance knowledge and assist with IRS audits, tax notices, trust returns, gift and estate returns.
• Participate in client assignments from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client staff to enhance satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service to every client through individual attention and understanding of goals.
