Qualifications

• GPA around 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Working toward CPA exam eligibility after graduation.
• Data Analytics or Big Data coursework preferred.
• Ability to think independently and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and firm associate requests promptly and professionally.
• Gather information from clients to complete required documents.
• Use data analysis to identify useful information and support recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections per firm standards.
• Use current tax and accounting software effectively.
• Research tax-related issues and financial reports.
• Conduct limited tax return interviews as needed.
