Job summary

Pinion is seeking an Accounting Associate to provide tax and audit services to clients while partnering with progressive business owners to grow their firms. You will gain hands-on experience across tax and assurance and receive mentorship from leaders focused on your development.

Successful candidates are strong communicators, curious, and digitally fluent, with a Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
• GPA: 3.0 or higher in major and overall.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and provide leading-edge accounting and consulting services.
• Provide accounting services to internal and external clients in tax and assurance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across projects and client opportunities.
• Work with the project manager to meet scope and exceed expectations.
• Identify trends in client data and flag issues to supervisors.
