Job summary

Pinion is offering a paid accounting internship located fully in the office. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in tax and audit, working with professionals across levels and building client relationships.

You will prepare tax returns, assist with audits and financial statements, and apply coursework to real client work while meeting deadlines. Pathways to future opportunities may exist after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field) or enrolled in an Accounting certificate program.
• GPA target: 3.0 or higher in major and overall.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, general accounting, and special projects.
• Apply academic knowledge to real client work while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with professionals across multiple levels of the firm.
• Utilize technology and data tools to deliver accurate, efficient results.
• Build lasting relationships with fellow interns, mentors, and firm leaders.
