Qualifications

• 2–5 years of tax experience representing fund sponsors and investors.
• Experience with venture and private equity funds.
• Advising on investment fund formations, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures.
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.
• High motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent client relations and ability to manage several concurrent ongoing matters.

Responsibilities

• Counsel fund sponsors and investors on tax aspects of fund formations.
• Advise on primary/secondary investments and joint ventures for venture/private equity funds.
• Manage multiple concurrent matters and maintain client relations.
