The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of tax experience representing fund sponsors and investors, preferably in venture and private equity funds, and can advise on fund formations, primary/secondary investments, and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of tax experience representing fund sponsors and investors, preferably venture/private equity funds.
• High level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong client relations skills and ability to handle several matters concurrently.

• Advise on investment fund formations, including primary and secondary investments.
• Advise on joint ventures and related fund structures.
• Represent fund sponsors and investors in tax matters associated with fund formation.
