Beebout, Williams & Olds CPAs is a growing, tech-forward public accounting firm serving individuals and a range of businesses. You will prepare real returns for real clients, participate in tax strategy discussions, and receive coaching as you build independence in a client-facing role.

Based in El Dorado Hills, CA, this full-time in-office position offers a base salary of $55,000–$85,000, with overtime eligibility during peak season, comprehensive benefits including healthcare and IRA with

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree, accounting preferred.
• 0-2 years of individual tax preparation experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam and committed to earning a CPA or EA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare real returns for individual and business clients with clean workpapers.
• Participate in tax strategy discussions and understand the why behind the returns.
• Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, tax authorities, and firm staff.
• Work closely with your pod and senior staff to serve a focused client group.
• Own your workload and hit deadlines using firm systems like Karbon and Lacerte.
• Progress toward CPA or EA licensure with firm support.
