LV Search Partners in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to lead complex individual and small-business return work and to coach junior preparers across the firm.

You will grow the client book by delivering clear tax strategies, staying current on federal and state law, and guiding staff through peak seasons in a collaborative, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years professional tax prep (3 years tax required).
• Strong 1040 and business-return work; experience reviewing junior staff.
• Professional tax software, CRM, Excel, Google Workspace.
• Can coach a team and run peak-season workflow.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or business preferred; EA or CPA candidate a plus.
