Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Care Specialist to gather client information and focus on reviewing tax situations.
• Use advanced technology to prepare returns while ensuring accuracy and offering personalized advice
• Ask open-ended questions and listen actively to understand client needs and identify tax savings opportunities
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and situations
• Address client questions using guidance and resources and continue learning to grow confidence
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach
