Job summary

Orbiss, a fast-growing advisory firm, seeks a Tax Associate for its Corporate Tax team. From day one you’ll handle real portfolios, not just support work, including complex cross-border returns.

You’ll join a 60+ person team across New York, Boston, Austin, Miami, and Casablanca, gaining exposure to state, federal, and international tax matters while collaborating with seniors and managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of international tax experience in a CPA firm.
• Proficiency in at least one tax software.
• US work authorization required.
• CPA in progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Run state and local nexus analyses and apportionment factor calculations.
• Compute federal taxable income and book-to-tax differences.
• Work on international tax forms such as 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114.
• Collaborate directly with seniors and managers on complex engagements.
