We seek a Tax Associate to join our Corporate Tax team and work on complex cross-border returns while learning quickly in a high-integrity environment where people come first. The role involves preparing corporate and partnership returns, performing nexus analyses, and collaborating with seniors on challenging engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–3 years of international tax experience in a CPA firm.
• Proficiency in at least one tax software.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate early when plans shift.
• Autonomous but enjoys being part of a team.
• Strong confidentiality instincts and high integrity.
• US work authorization required.
• CPA in progress.

Responsibilities

• Preparing corporate and partnership tax returns (revenues up to $100M) across Tech, Pharma, Marketing, Consumer Products.
• Running state and local nexus analyses and apportionment factor calculations.
• Computing federal taxable income and identifying book-to-tax differences.
• Working on international tax forms such as 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114.
• Collaborating with seniors and managers on complex engagements.
