Orbiss is a fast-growing, modern advisory firm helping international companies land and scale in the US. As a Tax Associate in our Corporate Tax team, you will handle a real portfolio from day one and work on complex cross-border returns, collaborating closely with seniors and managers.

You will prepare corporate and partnership tax returns, perform nexus analyses, and compute federal taxable income while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–3 years of international tax experience in a CPA firm.
• Proficiency in at least one tax software.
• Respect deadlines and communicate early when things shift.
• Autonomous, but a team player at heart.
• High integrity and strong confidentiality instincts.
• US work authorization required; CPA in progress.

Responsabilités

• Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns across industries (Tech, Pharma, Marketing, Consumer Products).
• Run state and local nexus analyses and apportionment factor calculations.
• Compute federal taxable income and identify book-to-tax differences.
• Work on international tax forms: 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114.
• Collaborate with seniors and managers on complex engagements.
