Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and organizing information to find solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Care Specialist to gather client information and review tax situations.
• Provide client-focused advice and help build trust through accurate returns.
• Ask open-ended questions and listen to identify client needs and savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client situations.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information with guidance.
• Engage in ongoing training to grow tax knowledge and confidence.
• Foster strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork.
