Duties:

4. Assist in tax controversy and litigation support.
5. Provide general tax advice across various matters.
6. Participate in planning and documenting complex transactions.
7. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to resolve tax-related legal issues.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Up to five years of experience in tax law or related field.
• Strong experience in tax issues related to business transactions and litigation.
