Job Details

As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• License to practice law in OH
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Experience and/or background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred
• Experience with the following core functions of the role:
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on related transactions
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance matters
• Advising on choice of entity and creating and restructuring business entities
• Assisting in due diligence efforts and post-deal integration
• Maintaining a current working knowledge of laws and regulatory developments
• Structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions.
