KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid law firm experience working on commercial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and corporate finance, both domestic and cross-border.
• Passion for delivering high-quality work and client service.
• Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties.
• Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts.
• Responding to discovery requests.
• Familiarity with ethics rules, willingness to handle diverse tasks with responsibility, and excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
• High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar.
