Compensation: 260000.-365000. / Annually

Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Banking Associate Attorney to join their team in New York City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in general finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
• UCC experience and general corporate experience.
• High academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
