Compensation: 310,000 - 420,000 USD Annually

Our client, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, is seeking an experienced Tax Associate Attorney to join their team in New York.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

1. Solid law firm experience working on commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and corporate finance, both domestic and cross-border.
2. Passion for delivering high-quality work and client service.
3. Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties.
4. Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts.
5. Responding to discovery requests.
6. Familiarity with ethics rules and willingness to undertake diverse tasks with responsibility. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills are required.
7. High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
