Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tax compliance tasks for partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations.
• Assist in research and drafting of technical memos and tax provisions.
• Support tax provision, controversy, and risk management activities; interact with other service lines.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain client relationships.
• Oversee offshore and third-party team members on internal/external projects.
• Stay updated on current tax practices and developments.
