Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, meeting educational requirements defined by the state board.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S) across various industries.
• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations through timely, unmatched support while cultivating strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate proactively with client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools effectively and demonstrate a commitment to process improvement through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain technical proficiency and knowledge.
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by contributing insights and articulating the firm's capabilities.
• Collaborate on sponsored technical publications and participate in internal learning sessions to share knowledge.
