Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or combined corporate tax/public accounting
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state board requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings, with possible overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S) across industries
• Deliver exceptional client service through timely support and strong relationships as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions
• Take ownership of tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements through innovation
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to maintain proficiency
• Support the proposal process by articulating firm capabilities and knowledge areas
• Contribute to technical publications and internal learning sessions
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to promote opportunities
