Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or mix of corporate/public accounting.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S).
• Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks, organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvements through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain proficiency.
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients by articulating capabilities and expertise.
• Contribute to internal learning sessions and external publications for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in campus recruiting events to promote opportunities.
