You will collaborate with client management to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and contribute to our knowledge base through internal publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field required or equivalent
• 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting or related mix
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations across industries
• Deliver exceptional client service with timely, unmatched support
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
• Take ownership of tasks, organize workflows, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope
• Utilize technology tools and pursue process improvement
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements
• Support the proposal process for prospective clients and articulate capabilities
• Collaborate on sponsored publications and contribute to learning sessions
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to attract early talent
