Adecco has partnered with a Tax Resolution company in Woodland Hills, CA to hire a Full Time Direct Hire Two (2) Tax Case Managers.

Job Summary

We are hiring Tax Case Managers who serve as the primary points of contact for our tax resolution clients, working alongside our Tax Professionals to ensure clients are updated, informed, and compliant. The Case Managers gather necessary documentation, analyze cases, and communicate strategies and criteria with our Tax Professionals, functioning similarly to a paralegal.

Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:

• Collecting and verifying quality of documents and financial information
• Analyzing client accounts to help determine strategy and service direction
• Communicating with clients and providing updates and excellent customer service
• Monitoring client deadlines, requirements, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, legal, or financial administration experience
• Tax Resolution experience preferred; will be assessed
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office and CRM experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
