Qualifications

  • A baccalaureate degree and three years of clerical/administrative experience, with one year in a supervisory/admin capacity.
  • Associate degree or 60 credits and four years of clerical/administrative experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma and five years of clerical/administrative experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • Education/experience equivalent to the above, with one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately doing data entry in Agency’s computer systems to create and maintain records.
  • Scanning and filing documents and doing other basic clerical tasks.
  • Providing administrative support for Agency operations including answering Agency phone and greeting visitors.
  • Preparing simple correspondence and assisting staff with other routine administrative needs.
