Uline in Milwaukee is seeking a Tax Analyst Team Lead to develop a high-performing tax analytics team and oversee reporting tools that support North America tax operations.

You will partner with department leadership to translate tax data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely reporting to support a growing company. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and oversee tax data reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and support.
• Review team reporting to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor workflow and deadlines to keep projects on track.
• Partner with management to implement process improvements for efficiency and reporting.
