Uline in Milwaukee is seeking a Tax Analyst Team Lead to develop a high-performing tax analytics team and oversee reporting tools that support North America tax operations.

You will partner with department leadership to translate tax data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely reporting to support a growing company. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and oversee tax data reporting.

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, responsible for analyzing tax data to identify trends, improve reporting and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support.
• Review team reporting and analyses to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel. Knowledge in Power BI a plus.
• Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
