Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Tax Analyst Team Lead to build and guide a dedicated analytics group. You will oversee tax reporting, develop tools, and translate data into actionable insights to support Uline's expanding North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; Power BI knowledge a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, responsible for analyzing tax data to identify trends, improve reporting and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support.
• Review team reporting and analyses to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel. Knowledge in Power BI a plus.
• Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills.
