Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5+ years of income tax experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
Strong knowledge of US federal income tax; state and international exposure a plus.
Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision.
Proficiency in Excel and tax compliance software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review US federal, state, and local income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
Coordinate with external advisors on compliance matters and filings.
Analyze book-to-tax differences and maintain supporting workpapers.
Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions; calculate current and deferred taxes.
Assist with tax planning initiatives including entity structuring and intercompany transactions.
Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries; manage correspondence.
