Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Houston seeks a Senior Manager, U.S. Indirect Tax to lead indirect tax planning, compliance, and audit management for the company’s U.S. manufacturing, office, and warehouse operations.

You will oversee sales and use tax, property tax, state/local registrations, and related business administration, partnering with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and external advisors to manage tax exposure and support business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 8+ years of U.S. indirect tax experience with multistate matters.
• California indirect tax experience including CA property tax.
• Strong knowledge of sales and use tax, property tax, nexus, exemptions, and registrations.
• Experience managing tax audits and working with tax authorities.
• Ability to translate tax issues into practical business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect tax planning for U.S. manufacturing, offices, and warehouses.
• Oversee multistate sales and use tax compliance, nexus, and filings.
• Manage real and business personal property tax compliance and asset classifications.
• Lead state and local indirect tax audits and respond to authorities.
• Drive automation and ERP process improvements for tax data and reporting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and external advisors.
• Maintain registrations, licenses, and filing calendars.
