Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Senior Manager, U.S. Indirect Tax to lead planning, compliance and audit across U.S. manufacturing, offices, and warehouses.

You will oversee sales and use tax, property tax, registrations, and related governance, partnering with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, and external advisors to manage tax exposure and support growth. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of indirect tax experience, with strong California tax expertise; CPA or Master’s in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible U.S. indirect tax experience including multistate matters.
• Significant hands-on California indirect tax experience, including compliance, planning, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of sales/use tax, property tax, nexus, exemptions, and registrations.
• Experience managing tax audits and working with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Ability to translate complex tax issues into practical business guidance.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect tax planning, compliance, and audit management for U.S. operations.
• Oversee multistate sales and use tax compliance, including returns, payments, and filings.
• Manage real and personal property tax compliance and related filings.
• Lead state and local indirect tax audits and coordinate with authorities.
• Develop tax strategies to support business expansion and capital projects.
• Maintain tax policies, procedures, and system controls for accurate reporting.
• Drive automation and improvements in tax data, ERP processes, and reporting.
