Job summary

FOXCONN GROUP in Houston seeks an Income Tax Senior Manager to lead the global tax function, focusing on US federal/state/local compliance, ASC 740 accounting, and international tax matters. You will advise Finance, Legal, and business leadership while coordinating with external advisors.

The ideal candidate has deep US tax expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience managing multi-jurisdictional tax issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
• Deep technical expertise in US income taxation and ASC 740.
• Experience managing tax audits and interactions with tax authorities.
• Knowledge of sales and use tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external advisors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US federal, state, and local income tax compliance and filings.
• Lead ASC 740 tax accounting and provisions for financial reporting.
• Manage international tax compliance and coordination with foreign affiliates.
• Serve as primary contact for tax audits and disputes with authorities.
• Provide strategic tax planning for business initiatives and transactions.
• Mentor junior tax staff and drive governance improvements.
