Job summary

You will collaborate with joined engagement teams, manage workstreams independently, communicate clearly with client liaisons, and mentor junior staff while contributing to EY’s reputation for trusted, high‑quality service and practical tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax compliance and consulting work with high quality.
• Identify issues to support timely and accurate tax returns, research, and projects.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams; escalate complex matters.
• Manage assigned workstreams independently with guidance for complex matters.
• Maintain regular communication with client tax liaisons and trust teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate engagement deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Develop junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
