PwC is seeking a Director-level AI Engineer in the Tax Innovation team to lead AI initiatives, from strategy to deployment, across client engagements. You will design, implement, and oversee ML/DL/NLP models and data pipelines, guiding teams while mentoring future leaders.

With a strong background in Python and cloud platforms, you will drive impactful AI solutions that balance business value with responsible, compliant delivery in a tax-focused consulting context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing AI engagements.
• Certifications in data engineering, ML, and cloud platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Setting strategic direction for AI engineering solutions that support tax innovation.
• Leading client-facing AI engagements from concept through deployment.
• Designing ML, DL, and NLP models for tax and data use cases.
• Overseeing data wrangling, feature development, model tuning, and integration of AI systems into software platforms.
• Developing Python-based engineering solutions for text analytics and sentiment analysis workflows.
• Advising on scalable AI implementations balancing technical feasibility and business value.
• Building executive relationships and identifying new AI-driven opportunities.
• Promoting responsible use of open source technologies within delivery teams.
• Mentoring teams and shaping technical direction across initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to professional standards in client work.
