Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for the Tax practice. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex business needs into scalable AI deployments, and mentor junior staff while maintaining PwC quality standards.

In this role you will leverage foundation models, ML, NLP, and retrieval techniques to deliver secure, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience building production AI solutions.
• Proficiency in foundation models and NLP.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready AI architectures.
• Apply ML, NLP, and retrieval to solution design.
• Lead experimentation to validate feasibility, quality and performance.
• Design data and retrieval solutions incl. vector search and RAG.
• Develop AI applications using Python and APIs.
• Implement agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps for deployment, monitoring and quality.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance and auditability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions.
• Manage project workstreams and coach teams.
