Job summary

Origin Staffing is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its Tax Advisory practice in a remote-first role across the United States. The position emphasizes ASC 740 tax provisions, federal and state C-Corporation tax compliance, research and advisory work in a client-facing environment.

The role offers senior leadership exposure and a path toward senior management, with an attractive compensation package including annual bonus, incentive pay tied to billable activity, 401(k) match

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experience
• Hands-on ASC 740 tax accounting experience
• Experience preparing/ reviewing C-Corporation returns (Form 1120)
• Strong analytical and project-management skills
• Excellent communication with clients and teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740)
• Prepare and review tax provision workpapers and schedules
• Prepare and review federal/state C-Corporation tax returns (Form 1120)
• Apply tax accounting theory to complex client situations
• Mentor junior professionals and collaborate with client teams
