Distinct | North America’s Boca Raton private client tax practice is seeking a Tax Manager to advise high net worth families and oversee engagements.

You'll lead client relationships, mentor staff, and work with Partners across the firm. The role offers hybrid flexibility in sunny South Florida and a compensation range of $140,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Accounting Tax experience.
• Private Client or high-net-worth background preferred.
• Ability to manage clients and engagements with seniority.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead engagements.
• Provide advisory tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with Partners across the firm.
• Partner with specialists across the wider organization on complex matters.
