Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in Boca Raton, FL to deliver industry-focused federal tax advisory and compliance services to middle market clients. You will mentor staff and work with firm leadership to grow the practice.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate with specialty tax practices, oversee engagement staffing and profitability, and provide strategic tax guidance while advancing your leadership and development within a fast-growing advisory firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or law (advanced degree desirable).
• CPA or JD required.
• 8+ years of federal tax compliance and consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring staff.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted engagement team member delivering federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market to multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Consult on technical matters in corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740, and related areas.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries, offering client recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, and credits.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
• Develop relationships and opportunities to grow client base and revenue.
