Job summary

You will prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications, and identify opportunities to save taxes while delivering empathetic, consultative service. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual returns and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Deliver empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities.
